Website Design in Hayward Wisconsin

Website Design in Hayward Wisconsin
Website Design is a pretty straight forward service that most businesses and entrepreneurs understand.  This is the act of designing a website for your business that tells the story about your features, advantages, and benefits while selling the primary reasons of doing business with you.

Most businesses include an ABOUT page, a SERVICES page, maybe a page for REVIEWS, then a page for CONTACT US.  These are pretty standard pages for any website that operates a business in a service area, or through a physical location.

What is Growth-Driven Design?

Traditional website design is broken.  While it has a great initial feeling to it, the ongoing sustainable and lasting effects are stalled, as soon as the site is published.  The headaches, challenges, unreliable and inconsistent results we experience during a website redesign are the product of an outdated and broken playbook.

Growth-Driven Design is a smarter approach to web design that eliminates all of the headaches and drives optimal results using data.

The Growth-Driven Design methodology is used some of the largest brands in the world.  From software companies, to cell phone companies, right down to your local businesses that are growing at exponential rates.  The idea behind growth-driven design is right in the name - the goal is growth.  Growth comes from interactivity on the website, and using the website as a tool for your business.

Growth-Driven Design Methodology:

  1. Strategy:  It all starts with a sound strategy to help understand what is your primary goal of your website.  Keep in mind, your website should be a tool to help your business grow.  The website should be more than just hours of operation, address, and phone number with a couple of pictures.  A website should help you speak directly to your target audience by helping them solve their problems, answer their questions and address their concerns.  Is your phone ringing too much, and tying up your staff?  Maybe online ordering is needed.  Is your staff tied up on the phone answering questions a website could answer?  Maybe a blog with support articles or a customer support chatbot could help answer any problems.  There are multiple ways your website could help facilitate additional sales, and/or streamline your operations.
  2. Launch:  Once the strategy is completed and agreed upon, a website is launched with Growth-Driven Design, we promote the website through various channels including social media, blog posts, articles, press releases, and email marketing campaigns - to name a few.  The goal from here is to drive customers to your website to better serve them with solving their problems, answering their questions or addressing their concerns.  As your customers and prospective buyers begin using your website, data is collected to help us determine what is most helpful, and what needs work to become more helpful.  Keep in mind, your website is a tool for business growth.
  3. Constant Improvement:  Week after week, and month after month, we are collecting, analyzing and assimilating data to help you determine how your customers and prospective buyers are interacting with your website.  This process allows us to add resources, edit resources, or create tools to better service your customers.  Are your website visitors clicking on the menu page before making a reservation, are they reviewing your product inventory before ordering online?  Are they reading your articles and blog posts before making a buying decision?  These are all data sets we collect and analyze to help you convert more visitors into buyers.

T-Mobile Uses Growth-Driven Design

Let's use the example that we all know; T-Mobile.  T-Mobile is a cellular phone service provider that operates nationwide.  If you go to their website, you'll see the bottom of the website, it has a wide variety of tools for you to click on.  You can shop by phone brand, you can shop by device, you can download consumer guides to use devices, compare phone models, review guides to help you make a decision on the phone or device you with to purchase, apps and tools to connect devices, phones, plans, pricing, how to switch, benefits of doing business with T-Mobile, how to create an account and manage your service with their portal, a section on corporate responsibility, and a section on careers.

While, we're not all on the same level of T-Mobile, T-Mobile has also invested in a website that utilizing the Growth-Driven Design methodology.

Your business can implement the same methodology to help solve problems, answer questions or address concerns.  This activity is tracked through data collection tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and our very own data tracking tools implemented into your website design.

The FAQ On Steroids

Every website should have a Frequently Asked Questions section, but the Growth-Driven Design takes this a step further by creating content, images, and videos to help solve problems, answer questions or address concerns.  The ultimate goal is to help the prospective buyer come to the final decision on their own using the content on your website.

How Do You Measure Growth?

There are a couple of ways we measure the growth of your website.
  1. Website Traffic:  The easiest to measure is website traffic.  Website traffic is measured by using the Google Analytics tool.  We see how many visitors you have in a day, over a week, or throughout the month.
  2. Common Search Queries:  We look at how people are finding you through the Google Search Console tool.  This helps us determine which search phrases (keywords) make the biggest impact for your specific business, and website.  We look at impressions, and measure those against the clicks.
  3. Leads, Appointments and Reservations:  Another metric we use are how many leads are generated, number of appointments books, or number of reservations coming through the website.  This is measured comparing the website traffic against your leads, appointments and reservations.  A ratio appears, and we strive to improve upon that ratio.  This process takes the workload off of your staff, and employees, allowing you to focus on more revenue generating activities.
  4. Revenue Per Click:  Your website activity helps determine how much "growth" is happening with the website.  If you're getting mostly walk-in traffic, the website will not track this.  However, if the website is generating offers redeemed and walk-ins that include coupons redeemed, or leads generated, appointments scheduled, or reservations booked - we can track the amount of revenue you generate per click.  As time goes on, we can calculate a predictable amount of revenue with the increases in website traffic.

Your website is a tool to help your business grow, and we help you create a website with the Growth-Driven Design methodology.  Let us help you grow your business, today!
